Valentines Day

Our favorite time of the year is just around the corner.  Here at PS Flowers, Valentine’s day is one of our busiest times of the year, as it is probably yours as well. It’s only the middle of January and we have already started preparing for the majority of your orders and looking at all our farms to get you the flowers you’ll need.

Roses have been long considered the symbol of love. Pair that with red, a color that conveys deep emotions such as romance, love, and desire, and it’s not hard to understand why the red rose has become such a staple Valentine’s gift.

There is no doubt you’ll want your shop brimming with red roses and we are here to fulfill all your red rose needs but as buyers come into your shop you also have an opportunity to steer them in a different, less traditional direction. Maybe they want to look beyond the traditional red rose as a gift, especially if the gift isn’t for a significant other.

Offer a nice pink for the mother looking to get her daughter a bouquet. Or a deep burgundy for the son buying something for his mother. You can even steer a customer looking for a gift for just a friend in the direction of bright yellows. While not a traditional Valentine’s Day color, it is a color used for friendship.  White is another beautiful color option that can be used instead of the traditional red rose or paired right along side it.

Whatever your flower needs, we’ve got you covered here at P.S. Flowers. Send us an email, contact us on here or on Skype and we will be ready to help you have the Valentine’s Day you’re dreaming about.
