SHIPPING PROCCESS
OUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM ECUADOR, GO THROUGH CUSTOMS IN MIAMI, THEN FLY TO MEMPHIS WHERE THEY TAKE A FINAL FLIGHT NEAR THEIR DESTINATION. FOR THE LAST PART OF THE TRIP, THEY ARE SHIPPED BY A FEDEX DELIVERY TRUCK TO YOUR DOOR.

Shipping and Arrival Dates
Order
Know what you need? Make your order as far in advance as you need to. Last minute order? It’s always best to have at least 2 days but contact our sales team to see what we can offer.
Shipping:
We have shipments going out every Monday and Friday. Decide which shipping date fits better for you by arrival.
Arrival
Orders shipping on Monday will arrive the following Thursday while orders shipping on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday
